Seven Question Slam: Mr. Ramos

  • What is your favorite sports team?

I love all sports and sports teams. The goal is the same..to win.  NASCAR is fun to watch.

  • What is your favorite color?

Whenever possible, I  love a stare at all the colors of the rainbow.

  • What is your favorite food?

The House Special pizza from Somerset Pizza is always no regrets.

  • Do you have any interest outside of engineering?

Love cooking super delicious, healthy food, rollerblading for speed and fresh air. Chopping wood is a great physical workout too. My interests normally fluctuate with the seasons.

  • How long have you been teaching at SBRHS?

Sept 3, 2002 =Day 1

  • What made you want to become an engineering teacher?

Realizing one’s strengths and talents is typically a good driver to career awareness.  For me, receiving a jigsaw at age 12 as a gift from Santa Clause was the spark to ignite my crystal ball. I love cutting stuff.

  • In your opinion, what makes a good engineer?

Safely working with tools, materials and machines will pay the bills. Being unsafe with tools, materials or machines may cause very bad things to happen.
