How many years have you been a teacher here at SBRHS?

I have been a teacher here for 22 years.

What is your favorite part about being a teacher?

Working and teaching with students.

How does it feel being a history and Phys Ed teacher as well as being the football coach?

I like the mixup of teaching both subjects and it’s fun. Being the football coach is like the cherry on top and I’m passionate about it.

What is a piece of advice you would give to someone who is starting their fitness journey?

Doesn’t matter where you start, it matters where you finish. Results don’t happen overnight.

If you could relive a year in your life, what year would you relive and why?

2010, which was the year that we went to Gillette stadium for the superbowl.

Who is someone that you look up to or gain inspiration from?

Anyone or anything that motivates me to some capacity.

What is one quote that you live by and you would want others to know?

   Do hard things.
