Mrs. Nassiff Seven Question Slam

If you weren’t a school adjustment counselor, what would you be?

I would definitely be an  attorney.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          What’s your favorite season, and why?

Summer, because I love going to the beach and going out on our boat.

When you were a little kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?

The very first thing I wanted to be was actually a really funny thing; a McDonald’s Waitress. It never even existed, but I used to sit inside McDonald’s when I was little and hope to work there when I got older. Then when I was older, I remember being in a sociology class in my sophomore year of high school when I realized that I wanted to be a child psychologist. I then had internships in grad school that made me realize I wanted to work with teenagers.

What do you like most about Somerset Berkley?

The students!! I love the students here so much because they teach me incredible life lessons, but I also admire them because I feel like teenagers often get a bad reputation of being self-focused, but when I work with them, I experience the exact opposite. I love seeing the generosity of our students, their willingness to help others, and their ability to create change within the school, which is very inspiring to me.

What is your favorite pastime?

Playing soccer. I played soccer from age 5, through college at Villanova.

Dunkin or Starbucks? 🙂

Starbucks all the way!!!!

If you could have a superpower, what would it be?

To turn evil into good!
