This show has a sci-fi theme to it. In this show there is a lot of adventure. I like this show because it is action-packed and constantly keeps me on the edge of my seat. This show has a supernatural theme. There is a lot of magic incorporated with this show. I it because it incorporates mystery and the supernatural.
“Beyond” is from the point of view of Holden. Holden has been in a coma for twelve years. He wakes up with the ability to do strange things no one else can do. While he was in a coma, his mind traveled to another place. Now that he is back in reality, everything in his life has changed. His family and friends have all made a life for themselves without him. Audrey is an FBI agent. She is sick of the everyday cases she sees. She starts to think there are some cases that have no simple answer. As punishment for messing, she decides to go to a small town called Haven in Maine. Haven is no ordinary town and strange unexplainable events happen all the time. Audrey is drawn to the supernatural. Haven becomes her home.
Holden has a childlike personality. The world has changed around him. Technology has changed. Holden misses the way things used to be and has trouble adjusting. His younger brother Luke has a strained relationship with his parents and lives under Holden’s shadow. Willa is the only person Holden can trust and go to for guidance on his supernatural abilities. His best friend Kevin is no longer his best friend; they have grown apart. Holden is in danger beacuse some dangerous people want to use him for their evil mission. Audrey works with detective Nathan to solve the strange cases in Haven. They become close friends. Duke is a known troublemaker. He befriends Audrey and helps her solve cases, too. Nathan does not approve of their friendship since they have a bitter rivalry. Dave and Vince are both reporters in town. They both know a secret about Audrey and what her destiny is. They also know where she came from. Audrey decides to stick around Haven to find out more about herself. The chief of police decides to hire Audrey, since she is just what Haven needs.

I personally choose “Haven” because I love how the show incorporates supernatural and mysteries. I love mysteries so this show had my name written all over it. Who is your champion of TV showdown? Give your feedback in the comments section below.
