This year, the annual SBRHS Christmas Concert took place Thursday, December 18 in the brand new Performing Arts Center.  The concert was magnificently performed and the students and staff were extremely well rehearsed.

The Christmas Concert featured the concert band, chorale, wind ensemble, orchestra, jazz band, select-string ensemble, and the show choir.  Some songs that were performed include “The Polar Express”, “Holy Night”, “Carol of the Bells”, “Hark the Herald Angels Sing”, “Oh Holy Night”, “I Want You Back” and “ABC” mash up, and “Jingle Bells”.

Sydney Chase (orchestra president) sang a enjoyable and fun solo to “I Want you Back” and “ABC” mash up. Alex Celia sang a beautiful and excellent solo to “Home Sweet Home”. Isabella Senay and Jocelyn Coto sang solos together (and sometimes apart) that were energetic to “Nothing But a Good Time”.

All of the performances sounded great.  With that, all of the students and staff in the Somerset-Berkley annual Christmas Concert did a wonderful job!
