1. What’s your favorite math lesson to teach?
Systems of equations.
2. If you weren’t a teacher, what would you be doing?
I’ve always wanted to be a hairdresser.
3. What was your original college major, and if it changed, what did it change to?
My original college major was Elementary Education and Math. That’s what I have my degree in; it didn’t change.
4. What’s your favorite part about Somerset Berkley?
That’s a hard question. I like that people are very into the sports and the clubs and everything. There’s a lot of school spirit.
5. What’s your favorite part about Math Team?
I love how into it everybody is. Everyone gets excited about it and wants to go over the problems on the bus on the way home.
6. What extracurriculars did you do in high school?
I did student council, dance, National Honor Society. I think that’s all I did.
7. What’s your hidden talent?
I’m really good at making chocolate chip cookies.
