After their win on Monday, the Somerset Berkely field hockey team headed to the semi-finals against King Philip on Thursday.
The first half resulted in a 0-0 scoreboard but once King Philip put up a point things got serious for SB. Meaghan Salsinha tied the game and then brought the team into the lead with another shot off a corner penalty. Only minutes later Alex Millar took advantage of a penalty corner and scored the point that brought SB into the lead. With only three minutes remaining Lucas Crook scored bringing reassurance to a Raider win.
The team will face Walpole on Saturday at 1 p.m., a team that beat them 2-1 last season.
