| Arrow is a darker theme show. As the show continues, the show gets darker than you thought possible. | Agents of Shield is an action packed show that is not very dark. The show does get a little darker over time, but not drastically. |
| This show is from the point of view of Oliver Queen. He was a rich and spoiled kid until he was stuck on an island. The island changes him in more ways than one, and he does not come back the same.
He is a man when he comes back. Oliver will do anything to protect the city when he comes back and becomes a vigilante to achieve this. He allies with a woman named Felicity. She is smart and brave. Felicity does not know about his alter ego side. He also allies with a man named Diggle. Diggle is reluctant at first. He does not believe in taking justice outside of the law. Diggle becomes Oliver’s right-hand man. Thea is Oliver’s little sister she is spoiled and believes in always being honest. Moira is Oliver and Thea’s mother. She will do anything to protect them. Nobody messes with the McQueen family. |
This show is from the point of view of Skye. She is rebellious against authority. She wants to expose government secrets. She is naive and thinks she can make a difference. Skye gets recruited by Shield. Instead of having her as an enemy they want to use her excellent hacking skills.
Skye becomes friends with her teammates. Coulson is the leader and he won’t let anything get in his way of the mission. Fitz and Jemma are both scientists on the team. They don’t have any part in combat. Both are socially awkward. May and Grant are the soldiers. Their mission is to keep the world safe from extraterrestrial life. Skye becomes a part of the Shield family through time. They will die for one another. |
| I would recommend this show, because it gives you a new definition of what a hero is. Most people think of powers and a cape when talking about superheroes. Oliver may not wear a cape or have a superpower, but he is determined to keep the people safe in Starling City. Oliver believes in doing what is right. This show has action, comedy, and romance. | I would recommend this show, because I love the dynamics between the characters. They have a great friendship that they would protect no matter what. They are determined to protect the world and are modern everyday heroes. Even though they don’t get credit for saving the world, they keep doing it. The show has a little bit of everything: comedy, action, and romance. |
